Job Description:

Become an integral part of the Michelle Tsui Agency LLC with American Family Insurance, located in Mequon, WI!

As a sales representative, you'll be equipped to master the local market, uncover new business prospects, and employ consultative selling and marketing strategies that make a difference. This role offers competitive commissions as part of its compensation structure.

Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.

Position Requirements:

• Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
• Experience: Insurance experience preferred. Two years in a sales-driven environment, showcasing skills in marketing, prospecting, cold calling, networking, crafting quotes, and delivering impactful presentations.
• Licensing: Must have an insurance license (Property, Casualty, and Life) or be willing to obtain one. Prefer candidates who already hold an insurance license. Must obtain an insurance license within 30 days of employment. Licensing costs will be reimbursed.
